 Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise in original condition.
  • Returns and Exchanges Requests must be made via Email or by telephone at 516-637-6046.  After receiving a return authorization  the item may be sent back to the Linda Silver Designs location within 5 business days of package delivery for refund or exchange.  Return Authorization (RA) requires that the buyer is responsible for Return Shipping with tracking and insurance for the actual item purchased value.
  • All SALE / SPECIALS / DISCOUNTED purchases are FINAL SALE with no returns.

Instructions for Exchange or Return of Full-Price Merchandise:

  • We will gladly exchange or credit returns within 5 business days.
  • Receive a Return Authorization Number from us by email or telephone.

 Please allow one billing cycle on credit card for refund to post to your account for all refunds. Orders made using PayPal will be credited upon return of items.


  • We ship using UPS Ground unless otherwise instructed. FREE UPS Ground shipping with any order over $175.00.  FREE shipping is offered for the lower 48 states using UPS Ground. Please provide a valid street address. 
  • Orders are processed Tuesday through Friday - excluding holidays.
  • If in stock you will receive your items in 3-5 business days - may vary due to availability of some merchandise.  We will email you if there are any delays. At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or to 3rd Party Addresses.
  • Please email us to request tracking information of the delivery of your packages


Payment, Pricing and Promotions:

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards through PayPal.  Sales tax is applicable on orders shipped to addresses in the state of New York.
  • Credit Card Orders processed securely with PayPal or by Telephone.
  • We will automatically confirm your order by e-mail. 
  • You may also mail your order to Linda Silver Designs with your check or Money Order and the items will be shipped promptly after payment is received and cleared.


Instructions for Payments Other Than Credit Cards Using PayPal: 

Currently all automated orders must be made with a Major Credit Card using PayPal on our website. Should you prefer to order and pay by check feel free to print out your order and mail it to us with y­­­­­­our payment.  Please include 8.625% sales tax to your order for New York deliveries including the shipping amount.  We will respond by e-mail or by telephone for all mail orders received. 

 Marking an item as SOLD and removing pricing is not automatic and requires 1-4 days to execute. We mark our items as sold as expeditiously as possible.

 Should an item be ordered that was SOLD, it will go to the FIRST order received and subsequent buyers notified accordingly. Call us TO DISCUSS ANOTHER ITEM WE MAY HAVE IN STOCK NOT ON THE WEBSITE.

 The information you provide during registration is used only to provide you personalized services.  Account information that you supply will only be used to process requested transactions or to contact you regarding a particular transaction.  Occasionally we send out an email with a special sale. You may also remove yourself from the mailing list by clicking on the unsubscribe link that is present in all promotional emails that we send to our customers.
